Maigret

Open sourceDual-use

Builds a dossier from a username, checking thousands of sites for matching accounts.

Maigret is installed with pip and run as maigret followed by a username; its README says it checks for accounts on a huge number of sites by username only and that no API keys are required. It supports 5,900 sites, and a default run checks the 500 highest-ranked sites by traffic, while passing -a scans everything. It can make HTML, PDF and XMind reports, export results with --csv and --txt, ships with a web interface and can be embedded in Python projects. The README says the open-source Maigret is MIT-licensed.

Dual-use tool. This tool can be used for research and investigation, and also to find, track or identify people without their consent. Listing it here is not an endorsement of either use.
Privacy note. Reusing one username lets tools like this link all of your accounts together.
