How to remove yourself from Google "Results about you"
Lets you request removal of search results that surface your contact details, not a data broker itself — removing a result does not remove it from the source site.

What you'll need
- A personal Google account (you must sign in)
Steps
- Open “Results about you” and sign in
Go to myactivity.google.com/results-about-you and sign in with your personal Google account.
- Find results that expose your contact details
Search your name and other details to surface search results that show your personal contact information (phone, home address, email).
- Request removal
On a result that contains your personal information, choose Request removal, confirm it meets Google’s policy (it must expose contact-type personal info), and submit. Google reviews the request and removes qualifying results from Search. You can also add details to be notified if they appear in future.
Will it come back?
This removes the result from Google Search only — not the underlying page. The source site still has your information, and if that page is re-crawled the result can return. Removing the data at the source (the broker itself) is the durable fix; this hides the Google result.
