Steps
- Open MyLife’s privacy request page
Go to mylife.com/privacyrequest and submit a request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information, or to have it deleted. (This is the working request page — the general privacy policy links to it.)
- Or email your request directly
Alternatively, email [email protected] and state that you want to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, and/or request deletion of your profile.
- Complete identity verification
MyLife verifies who you are before acting — typically by confirming information such as your email or home address. Respond to any verification request they send.
Will it come back?
MyLife’s deletion applies to information you gave them, not necessarily to public records or data purchased from third parties, and the company notes that small discrepancies in data can make complete removal difficult. Check back periodically.
