Steps
- Open the suppression center
Go to ussearch.com/opt-out/ and use the suppression tool. From the navigation, choose the identity / suppression settings option to begin locating your listing.
- Identify your listing and follow the guided removal
Enter the name and information that matches your public listing and follow the guided suppression flow to remove your background report from name-search results.
Will it come back?
US Search warns that because of public records and third-party data, small discrepancies can make complete removal difficult, and your details may still surface in phone, address or email reports even after you suppress your background report. Contact them if data reappears.
